Refunds & Returns (if applicable)
Unfortunately all Sales are final with the exception of damaged goods. If you product arrives damaged please take pictures of the damaged item immediately and send details with pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 business days of when product is received.
Once your refund inquiry is received, we may require that the item be shipped back to us for inspection. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your inquiry and/or returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
All products must be returned in a new condition without any tampering with the seal or the stickers, any evidence will be an automatic rejection.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days minus any shipping costs.
Please Note: We do not offer refunds for any mistakes made while purchasing our products. Clearly labelled across our whole site we mention that these are just chocolates and are NOT medicated and contain NO THC or CBD. They are clearly a novelty item and not medicated.
